Our worship service includes many different ways of communication to convey our praise to God and His message to us. Some of the ways include: Music - singing or playing an instrument; Drama (skits or plays); Dance - all styles; Arts - painting; Technical - sound board, lighting, video and other multi-media "Come, let us sing to the Lord! Let us give a joyous shout to the rock of our salvation! Let us come before Him with thanksgiving. Let us sing Him psalms of praise." (Psalms 95:1-2)

The worship service at The Upper Room mainly begins with music. The flow of the music as well as the rest of the service relies on the leading of God's spirit. We all have been given special gifts by God and enjoy using those gifts to glorify Him in a new and refreshing way. We believe God created and enjoys all types of music - rock, heavy, alternative, country, blue grass, classical, jazz, hip hop and even rap! We're okay with singing, shouting, dancing, jumping, praying, kneeling, lying down or just sitting there quietly. We all worship God in our own way!
